100ml Brühe (broth)

1 TL Senf (mustard)

Salz und Pfeffer (salt and pepper) to taste

Frische Petersilie (fresh parsley), chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook tortellini in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

  • In a large pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

  • Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Stir in diced ham and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.
